Ashwagandha for diabetes control:

Ashwagandha works beneficially in controlling diabetes in your body. Regulates insulin production and maintains insulin sensitivity. Ashwagandha is beneficial for people suffering from type-2 diabetes.
How to use Ashwagandha?
Ashwagandha is available in powder form or as a supplement. Its root or any part of the plant is beneficial for diabetics. Its powder can be mixed with milk and drunk. Consuming ashwagandha every day has great health benefits.
Experts say that Ashwagandha powder can be taken with half a spoonful of milk daily. Some also consume it with water or ghee.
Add the above amount of Ashwagandha powder to three cups of water and mix. After boiling the water for 15 minutes, let it cool and then drink a quarter cup twice a day.
Ashwagandha with ghee
Add ashwagandha powder along with one spoon of ghee and make a paste and keep it in the refrigerator. It can be mixed with milk or water and drunk whenever desired.
Ashwagandha as Tablets
One or two tablets of Ashwagandha daily can be beneficial for diabetic patients. But they say that you should drink more water after taking the pill. Take ashwagandha capsule with hot milk.
Precautions
Consuming Ashwagandha does not cause any major side effects on health. It should not be given to pregnant women and pregnant women.
People suffering from high blood pressure should also consult a doctor before taking Ashwagandha and get proper advice.
Consuming ashwagandha can cause stomach ulcers in some people. So be careful.
Ashwagandha reduces high blood pressure. So people with low blood pressure should not take it. This can be life threatening.
